To open any document click the name or the icon next to the name... if you have Microsoft Word and Excel you can use those programs to open the forms with that icon...
if you don't have Word or Excel then you can use the other forms with the Windows Icon... these are a PDF version of the same thing... you will need Adobe PDF reader to view these forms.. free download here
